Do your students question what they read? Do they let what they read shape who they are as people? This session will focus on the importance of teaching students early on to not only pay attention to the words on the page, but to also pay attention to how those words make them think and feel. Participants will explore the BHH framework for reading nonfiction and ways to incorporate them into their classroom.
